• Who at the Trust is responsible for ensuring the changes to IR35 are being enforced?

Therefore, Homerton University Hospital will assess your information

If exemptions do apply, then Homerton University Hospital may decide not

Homerton University Hospital will not normally charge a fee to provide you
with the information you have requested, unless the cost of dealing with
your
request is more than £450 as outlined in Section 12 of the FOI Act
(Appropriate Limit and Fees) If it appears likely that your request will
cost more,
then the Trust is able to refuse to supply the information.
