1 Who is the Trust's current supplier for their Electronic Patient Record?
At present the Trust does not have an electronic patient record system.

2 What is the contract start and end date for the Electronic Patient Record?
N/A – see above.

3 Who is the Trust's current supplier for your Patient Administration System?
DXC Technology.

4 What is the contract start and end date for the Patient Administration System?
Contract has been in place since 1987. Contract managed through regular Contract Change Negotiations.
A company called CSC supports two types of maintenance on the 30 year system.
Software issues: contract 1/9/17 to 31/3/18 Hardware issues: supported to 22/7/19

5 When are you due to start looking to re-procure your clinical systems?
A procurement process for an Electronic Patient Record will be commencing in Summer 2017.

6 Who supplies the Trust's integration system?
Orion.

7 Please supply a copy of the Trusts latest Informatics Strategy.

Matters relating to the business case are subject to exclusion on commercial grounds.
