Implementation of Ready to Learn at Isca Academy
Dear Ted Wragg Trust,
I request under the Freedom of Information Act:
- Copies of all surviving internal correspondence regarding the implementation of the "Ready to Learn", "Rewards, Reflection, and Reset" or "Reset" behaviour policy at Isca.
- Copies of all behaviour policies and procedures at Isca Academy from before September 2019.
I am specifically keen to ascertain when any Ready to Learn policy or any similar zero-tolerance policy was implemented at Isca Academy, and whether a Ready to Learn policy or similar was in effect or anticipated in June 2017.

I write further to your email dated 7^th October 2023 addressed to ISCA
Academy chasing them for a response to your FOI Request dated 10^th
September 2023.
Your requested:-
I request under the Freedom of Information Act:
- Copies of all surviving internal correspondence regarding the
implementation of the "Ready to Learn", "Rewards, Reflection, and Reset"
or "Reset" behaviour policy at Isca.
- Copies of all behaviour policies and procedures at Isca Academy from
before September 2019.
I am specifically keen to ascertain when any Ready to Learn policy or any
similar zero-tolerance policy was implemented at Isca Academy, and whether
a Ready to Learn policy or similar was in effect or anticipated in June
2017.
However, in view of your FOI request received by the Trust dated 18^th
September, where you have asked similar questions, we wrote to you on the
18^th September indicating “you have requested information from different
schools and I can confirm that the Trust will co-ordinate these requests
for information made to individual schools and provide you with one
response”. Therefore we will address these questions in our response.
You had very kindly granted us an extension of time to provide that
information, which expires on the 21^st November, but we hope to provide
this information before that date.
We trust this clarifies matters and apologise for any confusion.
