Dear University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust,

Following the NICE recommendations for the use of NOACs in anti coagulation please could I request any guidance/protocols/pathways looking at their place in therapy in:

1. Cardiology (atrial fibrillation)
2. Hematology (DvT & other venous thrombotic events)
3. Respiratory (treatment of pulmonary embolism)

Any other documents relevant would also be appreciated.
