Information Governance, Hull City Council

Dear Mr Krendel

Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Information Request - 000284/18

With regard to your Freedom of Information request received on 12 February
2018, please find our response below.

To clarify, with regard to the last system you implemented, can you please
provide these exact dates:

1. The exact date on which you signed the contract for the new system.

22^nd March 2016.

2. The exact Go-Live date by the winning supplier specified in the tender.

A go live date was not specified in the tender.  An example project plan
was provided with a go live date of 16^th May 2016.

3. The exact Go-Live date by the winning supplier in their proposal.

At project initiation stage we were given a draft implementation plan with
a possible go live date of 29^th November 2016.  Following a start-up
meeting and due diligence by the project team on our available resources,
we re-planned this and agreed a target go live date of the 28^th March
2017.

4. The exact date the system went live across all services.

22^nd May 2017.

5. The exact date when the legacy system was switched off or you stopped
paying maintenance for the system.

The legacy system is still in use by Adults Services so has therefore not
yet been decommissioned.  The previous system was for Adults and Children
Services and we are unable to switch off just one element.

The contract for the current system in Adults ends September 2018.  It
will be read only from 20 March 2018 to the end of the contract.

We hope that you will be satisfied with our response and should you
require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact
us.

Should you wish to complain about our response in any way this must
initially be done by e-mailing [1][Hull City Council request email] or by

Gelder Street, Hull, HU1 2AA.
