If yes you are implementing a system then please provide what Children’s Social Care Case Management Software are you implementing and when is the planned go-live date of all functionality as per the tender?

The contract award was made in May 2011, the formal contract was signed by
all parties by 4/10/2011
2. The exact Go-Live date by the winning supplier specified in the
tender.
No Go-Live date requested or expected in tender just an indicative example
timescale, from project initiation which was which was provided for 6
month period.
3. The exact Go-Live date by the winning supplier in their proposal.
Following contract the agreed supplier/Bury project plan Go Live date was
2/4/2012
4. The exact date the system went live across all services.

5. The exact date when the legacy system was switched off or you
stopped paying maintenance for the system.
