Your request for information regarding Children’s Social Care Case
Management Software has now been considered and our response is as
follows:

 1. Are you currently implementing a new Children’s Social Care Case
Management Software? No
 2. If yes you are implementing a system then please provide what
Childrens Social Care Case Management Software are you implementing

Management Software, with regard to the last system you implemented

We implemented our current Children’s Social Care Case Management system
in two phases in 2007, the project took approximately 12 months to
complete. The new system remained connected to the previous legacy system
via robotics software, this was discontinued in January 2010.

August 2007

5. The exact date when the legacy system was switched off or you stopped paying maintenance for the system.
Switched off on January 2010, up to this point all transaction updates had been mirrored in both the new and legacy systems.
