The list of projects accessing the "London Secure Data Environment" includes projects approved in November 2024 from Imperial Collect Healthcare NHS Trust, and is available here:

1) the full application made by Imperial which was approved as the project in that list described as:
a) (Commercial) ID-433: Long term surveillance of patients on the Lipid Management Pathway
b) ID-434: High Intensity Users Scoring Algorithm
c) ID-436: A study to assess the affects of a randomised community health-worker led intervention on uptake of preventative care services in London, UK
d) ID-426: TRICORDER-PLUS
"Discover-now" provide no additional information on their website about these projects, but as they are also part of Imperial College Healthcare Partners, someone there should know who they are...
