Please could you provide guidelines provided to police before adding an impending prosecution on a subject.

Impending prosecutions will likely to have a greater impact on people who are not charged for offences on their work life due to DBS checks performed by employers.

This information I am requesting under Data provisions act 1998 / Section 10.
