Impact of Microsoft Teams outage
Dear Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust,
On Feb 3rd at 14:19 Microsoft reported an issue where users were unable to access Microsoft Teams (Reference TM202916). The issue was reported as resolved at 21:27 Feb 3, 2020.
Please provide the following information:
- was there any disruption to the Teams service on the 3rd February 2020.
- if there was any disruption to the Teams service, please provide the Incident Log and Root Cause Analysis
