Impact of COVID restrictions on work provision (Childrens Services Team)

Dear Bedford Borough Council,

Re: Measuring the impact of COVID lock-down restrictions on work performed by directly employed Sessional Workers on behalf of the Childrens Services Team.

Please provide the following data:-

1) For the 8 week period from 27th October 2020 to 22nd December 2020, the sum total of hours work performed by directly employed Sessional Workers in the Childrens Services Team.

2) For the 8 week period from 23rd December 2020 to 17th February 2021, the sum total of hours work performed by directly employed Sessional Workers in the Childrens Services Team.

Please find the information you requested below:

 

1)     In the period between 27/10/2020 – 22/12/2020, 811.25 hours were
processed by HR Transactions for Sessional Workers within Children’s
Services.

2)     In the period between 23/12/2020 – 17/02/2021, 512.50 hours were
processed by HR Transactions for Sessional Workers within Children’s
Services.

 

Please note that employees have 3 months to claim for hours worked,
therefore it is possible that some hours worked in February 2021 may not
have been claimed as yet.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
