Magdalena Zielinska

Dear Home Office,

I would like to request the following information about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the services related to processing applications to the EU Settlement Scheme. Between March 2020 and March 2021:

1) How long was the EUSS Resolution Centre not accepting identity documents and paper residence of evidence by post for?
2) How long were the UKVI Biometric services across the UK not available for non-EEA family members of EU citizens?
3) How long were the ID scanning services closed?
4) How many weeks was the EUSS Resolution Centre helpline suspended for?
For all the 4 of the above, please provide dates for the suspension of the service and date normal service resumed.

Yours faithfully,

Magdalena Zielinska
