Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: Freedom of Information request (Our Ref: FOI-054995)
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request dated 22 November
2017.
Your exact request was:-
“Dear Success Regime Essex,
In a previous press release by the success regime it was stated that 'The

impact of any proposals on patient journeys'.
Please forward me the results of this modelling detailing the impact on
patient journeys.
I previously requested this information from EEAST who refereed me to
yourselves as they were not permitted to release this information.”
NHS England holds some recorded information regarding your request.
The current working assumptions are that blue light ambulances will take
patients to the current hospital destination with no change to where they
currently go. Therefore modelling has not been completed / is not
required.
The proposed service model is predicated on a number of expected transfers
between sites under treat and transfer which are explained within the PCBC
and public consultation documentation. This is now within the public
domain as part of our formal public consultation.
Full details on the impact of potential patient transfers can be found on
the Mid and South Essex Sustainability and Transformation Partnership
