Stockport Council will respond to your request within 20 working days. If
there will be a charge for disbursements e.g. photocopying in order to

The response to your request has been prepared by the relevant Council
service and is as follows:

1a/1b/1c. No retail impact assessment has been commissioned by the
Council. Such a statement would be required to be submitted with a
planning application by whoever the applicant was.

2a/2b/2c. No noise impact assessment has been commissioned by the
Council. Such a statement would be required to be submitted with a
planning application by whoever the applicant was.

3a/3b/3c. No traffic (or transport) impact assessment has been
commissioned by the Council. Such a statement would be required to be
submitted with a planning application by whoever the applicant was.

In the event that an application is submitted accompanied by the above
documentation the Council may undertake (or commission) its own assessment
so as to check the validity of what is being claimed.
