Impact assessment -NHS PENSION scheme - Ill Health Benefits

I have been directed by the NHS Business Services Authority to contact yourselves for the information I am seeking. I am requesting a copy of the Impact Assessment for the process of calculating and awarding, Ill Health Retirement as part of the NHS Pension Schemes, including the awarding of Tier 2 or Tier 1.
