Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Could HMRC publish or outline any and all impact assessments undertaken with regards to the changing in VAT status of private schools and in particular, quantifying the impact of the policy as to the number of additional VAT tax collectors required by HMRC to meet this additional demand, as determined by HMRC or any other part of government instructing on the implementation of this policy?
