Thank you for your request for information, received by Aberystwyth
University on 19^th July 2017, in which you requested the following
information:

 

Would you please let me know the following, divided into gender (male,
female, other), for the 2016/17 academic year in the Institute of
Mathematics, Physics & Computer Science:

 

1.    The amount of students registered on each course offered by IMPACS,
including joint honours and major/minor courses

 

2.    The amount of students who took at least one module that was taught
in Welsh

 

3.    The amount of students who studied a course with a Foundation Year,
and subsequently indicated their intention to withdraw from the University
in the 2017/18 academic year

 

4.    The amount of students who, at any point, withdrew permanently from
the University for reasons that were identified as non-medical

 

5.    The amount of students who were in their final year and failed to
pass with or without honours (achieving an average of <35%)

You will receive a response as soon as possible, and in any event not
later than in 20 working days (17^th August 2017).
