Immunity granted to Bankers

The request was refused by Judicial Office for England and Wales.

Dear Judicial Office for England and Wales,
Recently it has been reported that Parliamentarians have been granted immunity from being chased for bankruptcy by banks in return for ordering judges not to prosecute bankers for fraud.
Is this the case? Do bankers have immunity to prosecution for fraud? How many bank CEOs have been found guilty by the UK courts for market rigging since 2008?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Taylor
