Immigration detention of trafficking victims
Dear Home Office,
To start, many thanks for your comprehensive response to a comparable request (case 48752), in which a querent was informed of the number of human trafficking victims held in immigration detention, as well as those who have been rejected asylum.
Please provide information on the following:
- Number of human trafficking victims currently held in immigration detention
- The number of human trafficking victims who have applied for asylum (as of year end, 2018)
- The number of human trafficking victims who have been rejected asylum (as of year end, 2018)
