RE: Your information request to Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority
Ref: 180521

Further to your information request to the Authority which detailed the
following: ‘Please can I request images of Sefton Meadows landfill site in
operation before it was shut down and the land was repurposed.’

We have reviewed the information and resources that we hold regarding the
former Sefton Meadows landfill site, and have concluded that we do not
hold any images of the site while it was in operation as a landfill.

However we have found some images elsewhere in the public domain at

We hope that these may be useful.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: Carl Beer, Chief Executive,
Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority, 7th Floor, No 1 Mann Island,
