I'm after Police bodycam footage from around March 9th when they mistakenly raided my home and threatened to arrest my son for asking for their badge numbers.
Dear Merseyside Police,
On or around March 9th, 2023, about 6-7 Police mistakenly stormed my home looking for someone (they got the wrong address!)
Once satisfied that my son was not the person of interest, and they were all leaving, I asked the last officer leaving for their badge numbers, at which point he got in my face and said words to the effect of:
"look m8, we can always arrest your son and deal with this down the station if you want?"
I felt concerned that if I spoke anymore that he would go ahead and arrest him, so I just ushered them out the front door!
I made a complaint, log number 'March 9th, 211.'
I spoke to an officer Leah somebody on Sunday 9th July in the morning to find out why it's taking so long, where she said she'd looked at bodyam footage and denied the officer said anything!
This is a LIE!
Also, Leah said she was there that day, so why is she in charge of this compaint? Highly inappropriate.
I want full copies of all bodycam footage from that day, and specifically from the flat-capped officer who seemed to be in charge, he was first in my door, and last one out!
Yours faithfully,
Thomas Speed
