Dear Home Office,

My FOI request is about ILR application refusal for TIER 2 General visa applicants. Please can you mention the

1) number of ILR application refusal for TIER 2 General visa applicants year wise since 2016?

2) How many of the refusals in the above question 1 were upheld or overturned during appeals and tribunals?

3) Please provide a full breakdown of the causes of refusals.

4) Please specifically mention the amount of refusals of ILR for TIER 2 General applicants on grounds of incorrect Tax statements or records.
