ILR 5 years made up of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Categories

The request was refused by Home Office.

Dear Home Office,

Thank you for your continues support.

I have a query about the documents/information requirement for an application were the applicant spent the qualifying 5 year period in two different visa categories.

Example 3 years in Tier1 Entrepreneur + 2 years in Tier 2 General.

My query is if the most recent leave is on Tier 2 General, is the document/evidence requirement based on Tier 2 General or are there any additional evidence required to be submitted about the previous leave (Tier 1 Entrepreneur) while applying for ILR ?

I have gone through the SET O guidance and application form, but it does not provide information about this scenario.

Yours faithfully,

Nidhin
