Dear Wrexham County Borough Council,

Please can you supply me information under the foi rules & procedures.

During the year 2023/2024/2025 how many premises have been visited by
trading standards in relation to illegal vapes being sold?

Out of those shops visited please can you confirm how many of these
individual visits have resulted in products being detained by the
authority?

Please can you confirm how many prosecutions have been sought in the same
periods?

Out of the prosecutions sought please can you confirm how many have either
pleased guilty or been found guilty of offences ?

In each of the said years what is the value of the products confiscated by
Gwynedd council ?

How does Anglesey council dispose of such items ?

What was the cost per year to dispose of such items ?
