Illegal sublets by council tenants

This is a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
From the time period between 2021 and 2024 please provide the data for the number of council
flats and houses that were found to be illegally sublet for each year.
For each case, please provide a description as to what happened. i.e outcome, prosecution, fines and please explain the platform or method used to rent out the property e.g Airbnb or Zoopla and how it was discovered.

Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 2000 Act) you
are entitled to be informed in writing whether the council holds the
information specified in your request.

Although South Oxfordshire District Council has recently registered as a
Social Housing Provider, the council is not currently renting any social
or affordable rented properties. South Oxfordshire District Council was
part of an LSVT transferring their housing stock to SOHA in 1997.
Therefore, you may wish to request this information from them. However,
housing associations are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
Please treat this as the councils’ formal response under the 2000 Act. If
you are not satisfied with the decision I have made in response to your
request, you may make a request for an internal review by emailing
[1][South Oxfordshire District Council request email] within 40 working days from the date we issued our
response. If you remain dissatisfied after following that procedure, you
have the right under Section 50 of the 2000 Act to complain to the
Information Commissioner if you feel the council has not dealt with your
