Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,

This is a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

From the time period between 2021 and 2024 please provide the data for the number of council
flats and houses that were found to be illegally sublet for each year.

For each case, please provide a description as to what happened. i.e outcome, prosecution, fines and please explain the platform or method used to rent out the property e.g Airbnb or Zoopla and how it was discovered.

Thank you for your information request, reference NELC/30826/2425 which
requested:

 

From the time period between 2021 and 2024 please provide the data for the

Under section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act I can confirm that North
East Lincolnshire Council does not hold the information you have
requested.

North East Lincolnshire Council does not hold this information as our
social housing stock was transferred through a Large Scale Voluntary
Transfer (LSVT) to a new registered provider of housing, Shoreline Housing
Partnership Ltd (now Lincolnshire Housing Partnership) on the 21^st March
