Response to this request is long overdue. Although not legally required to do so, we would have expected Apex Housing Association to have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Apex Housing Association,

This is a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

From the time period between 2021 and 2024 please provide the data for the number of social
homes that were found to be illegally sublet for each year.

For each case, please provide a description as to what happened. i.e outcome, prosecution, fines and please explain the platform or method used to rent out the property e.g Airbnb or Zoopla and how it was discovered.

Gentle reminder that you should respond within 20 working days.
