Illegal act

The request was successful.

Dear West Mercia Police,

The Welsh Goverment, law and legislation dictates it is a criminal offence to construct a sewage system without the proper authority as per Sect 106B.

Shropshire Council, Welsh Water, The Local Councillor, The Region Planning Officer, The Local MP, The Environmental Officer, The Principal Planning Officer are all fully aware of this. The developer at The Brambles , Whitchurch has done this.

I would like a copy of this illegal act that would have been reported to you and teh actions teh Force took in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

john simpson
