Dear Wiltshire Council,

How many times has the council been contacted by pupils or parents/carers of children who are not being supported by school to attend school because of illness or SEND (special educational need or disability)?
Please include students for who an EHCP is sought to fund support at school where school should be providing that support without EHCP

Please report only for secondary school students (approx age 11-19) in the Salisbury Area giving the total number of students affected and the schools concerned. Please provide the same information for each year: 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015.

For example. In year ...., total number of secondary students affected was..... and this was split into ...% attending/recently attending St Edmund's Girls' School, ....% South Wilts Grammar School, ...% St Joseph’s school, .....% Sarum Academy (excluding special SEMH unit), ....% Avon Valley, .....% Bishops Wordsworth, .....% Burgate, .....% Wyvern, .....% no senior school in last 2 years. etc.

Yours faithfully,

Miss B White
