Ill-health pension information required for the last 3 years

Dear Derbyshire County Council,

Please may I be provided with the following information;

1. The number of ill-health pensions granted to individuals working for Derbyshire County Council within the last 3 years at each of the three Tiers (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)

2. The number of appeals made by employees (or their representatives) against the initial decision made in respect of the award of an ill-health pension during the same period

3. The number of appeals that have been successful during the same period

4. Where an appeal has been successful, details in terms of the movement of Tiers. For example, how many successful appeals against Tier 3 have been awarded Tier 2 or Tier 1 and how many appeals against Tier 2 have been awarded tier 1?

I do not seek any personal information in respect of this request and have been unable to locate this information by any other means.
