If Flintshire County Councillor Matt Wright is presently in the employment (some £35,000?) of Dr James Michael Davies Member of the British Parliament?

The request was successful.

Dear Flintshire County Council,

Please pass this on to whom it may concern.

Under the F.O.I.A. Could I simply request of Flintshire County Council, the original Register of interests Cllr Matt Wright?

To be expressed as:-

1) Simply a print out (.pdf) of the original Register of interests Cllr Matt Wright? Due to 'This register of interests was published on Tuesday, 12th January, 2016, 7.26 pm.' Seems to be out of date when published, with 'Business activities related to pet services delivered to my wife.' Being on the Register of interests.
2) Could it also be confirmed? If Flintshire County Councillor Matt Wright is presently in the employment (some £35,000?) of Dr James Michael Davies Member of the British Parliament?

Yours sincerely

As far as I can find on the Flintshire CC web site, it looks as though Matt Wright is no longer a councillor in Flintshire.

Secondly, as the Westminster Parliament has been disbanded, It would appear that James Davies is no longer an MP

Yes, could have been the biggest gamble out. With James incumbent.

Dear Mr Bourne,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act request regarding Flintshire
County Council Councillor Matt Wright.

1.       We don’t hold the original Register of Interest form but have
attached to this email the form that was published on Tuesday 12^th
January 2016. When elected in 2012 Matt Wright completed his Register of
Interest Form as required.  In 2016 we transferred the information from
all Members Register of Interest Forms onto our website to make the
information more accessible to the public.  The exact information from the
paper form is transferred onto the web version and we can confirm that
what was shown on the website is the same information as what was on the
original form. On inputting the data we noticed that his employment
details related to his wife’s business. It was noticed at that time that
his wife had passed away so officers spoke to their manager to ask if he
could speak to Matt Wright sensitively to ask if he wanted to amend those
details on his form.  Unfortunately it is not clear whether the manager
spoke to Cllr Wright and the manager has since retired after a period of
ill health. The Council can not locate or no longer holds the paper
version of the form.

2.       As Matt Wright is no longer a councillor he is not subject to the
need to notify the council of his employment status. Therefore the only
employment details that we hold for Matt Wright are what he stated in
Question 1 on the Registers of interests form.

Please note that Councillor Matt Wright ceased to be a Flintshire County
Councillor at the end of today (8^Th May 2017).
