If a student is aged over 19 years old, can they be treated as receiving full-time education?

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

With consideration of the Employment and Support Allowance guidelines, rules and Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008;

If a student is aged over 19 years old, can they be treated as receiving full-time education, for the purposes of ESA?

If a student is aged over 19 years old, can they be treated as receiving full-time education if they are studying for less than 21 hours per week, for the purposes of ESA?

If a student is aged over 19 years old, can they be treated as a student, for the purposes of ESA?
