This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

1. Please give the identities of those members of the Provisional IRA granted amnesty or immunity from prosecution at any time.

2. Please give the identities of those members of the Provisional IRA who were considered for amnesty or immunity from prosecution but who died before such amnesty or immunity from prosecution could be granted to them.

3. Please give the identities of any other persons, whether belonging to any group or organisation regarded as military or terrorist, or not so regarded and whether residing or believed to have resided at any time in the Republic of Ireland or in Northern Ireland who have been granted amnesty or immunity from prosecution in relation to the Troubles in Northern Ireland from 1979 to the present day.

4. Please give the identities of any other persons, whether belonging to any group or organisation regarded as military or terrorist, or not so regarded and whether residing or believed to have resided in the Republic of Ireland or in Northern Ireland at any time who have been granted amnesty or immunity from prosecution in relation to the Troubles in Northern Ireland from 1979 to the present day but who died before or after being granted amnesty or immunity from prosecution.
