Waiting for an internal review by National Crime Agency of their handling of this request.

Dear National Crime Agency,

under the FOIA l require reply:-
-Is the involvement of the NCA / The Home Office and Lincolnshire Police a truly correct and lawful process, with their placing more importance on protecting someone placed under witness protection , to the point of denying other involved victim's of serious crimes, from reporting those crimes and the also wrong information held about such victims, held frozen for years , in effect allowing precedence to follow unlawful processes leading to massive financial enrichment and crimes against the UK Public at large,

Yours faithfully,

Diana Smith

Dear PICU Enquiries,
perhaps l did not make myself clear?
I already have record of repeated failures involving the NCA of non-correction of held details about me and about my purchased registered title.
It could be perceived that there is encouragement of identity theft ( white collar fraud) to assist persons entered into witness protection?
Fred Robinson asked The Law Society in 2008 on this site under the FOIA for information regarding money laundering using the legal aid scheme, which l can understand his concerns given the biggest fraud of it's type , being Operation Alison.
I have been a victim twice now of neighbours entered into witness protection and it causing devaluing of my home, along with assaults and arson in both cases.
As there are over 150,000 permanently protected persons in the protection scheme in England & Wales , more should occur to prevent advantages being taken by members of the legal profession in such cases.
Only last week l received the information on money laundering from the Law Society that would have greatly have benefited the UK Public filling in the on line the consultation paper for The Treasury, had it been released in time to inform the public to what the legal sector already knew , before the 8 th May 2018 deadline for responding.
There is too much of this putting the cart before the horse and what it costs , this is after all a public interest matter and the public has been asked by Nicky Morgan for their thoughts on how so much of "white collar fraud " is occurring.
I put my FOIA request as a Public Interest matter, in that nothing will get better , until there is a more selective process regarding the conduct of the persons themselves placed in the programme,

Yours sincerely,

Diana Smith

Dear PICU Enquiries,
am l to now assume it is now "politically correct" in all issues of "stolen identities" and the flourishing of what could be perceived to be money laundering on a grand scale, with the now many times over proving of shuffling of addresses and names of people for the double book-keeping entries of the out of control staff at Land Registry ?

As The National Crime Agency and all that is involved for crimes that are investigated ,would it not be prudent to investigate what must be the biggest and certainly the longest running crime of all time, being the crimes inflicted on the UK Public's rights to home ownership and enjoyment of their homes ?

Never were so many mis-sold to the actual role played by Land Registry , who instead of "protecting the assets of the UK Public " ( as stated in March 2009 to BBC Radio 4 by Julie Mellor ,head of fraud at Land Registry who perceived this to be her role ) , are in fact having their personal and sensitive information , dribbled between Local Council Offices running with their counterpart Land Registry Offices and the greedy parties, out to use anything that passes for gaps in the system to make themselves rich.

Years ago it was the judges themselves , guilty of funding smuggling rum ,who happily sent many of the poor caught pirates to their hangings and here we have Land Registry presented as working for the good of the public when they do no such thing and their wreaking human misery on so many , results in many deaths and suicides.

Just how many things can go wrong , when the task is to register and protect the registering of properties and land ?

Oh yes of course while the process includes the gathering of information , there is always going to be those who wish to make good of this information , so as to line their own pockets.

It can never be right for any agency , no matter who , to be given total abstention from responsibility for wrong actions, so why so in the case of Land Registry ?

On record l now ask for Internal Review of your decision for my information request,

Yours sincerely,

Diana Smith
