Good afternoon Charles,

Thank you for your email enquiry and I hope you are safe and well at this
time.

After checking the postcode, I can advise 11 out of the 12 properties are
charged for both of the services, only one property is not paying surface
drainage charges. We wouldn't be able to more specific about individual
properties due to GDPR.

Kind regards, Brad

Dear [email address],

Bearing in mind all 12 properties in postcode CV559RE were built in1978 when STWA would have adopted the publc foul sewer system how many of these properties deposit surface water
Into the fowl sewer knowing that it was not permitted for properties to be constructed and connected to dispose of surface of water without first obtaining permission. Also is it reasonable to deduce that if a property is not connected to dispose of surface water it must collect and dispose of it by percolation without recourse to a public sewer system.
Yours sincerely,

Chas Gilbert
