Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

Would you please provide the necessary detail in respect of the following:

IN THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF DONCASTER AND THAT AREA OF THE EAST RIDING DISTRICT COUNCIL FORMERLY KNOW AS BOOTHFERRY DISTRICT

(1) The name, date and location of drainage authority projects authorised by Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Act 1999 since 1st January 2000. Please also provide the name of the respective drainage authority and the name and address of its agent.

(2) For each project under (1) above, please state whether the location of the drainage project formed part or the whole of the area which was the subject of an Enclosure Award. Please supply the year that Enclosure Award was made.
