Dear Mr Pirie,

Thank you for your response to my recent FOI enquiry regarding the ICVS within the Central Scotland Police region. However, it appears you have not answered my request fully.

The first part of the request relates to any reports held by the Board. This would be inclusive of reports produced as part of each custody visit by those who visited the custody facility at Stirling. Would the Board please confirm if it continues to hold this information and if so supply teh content of those reparts in compliance with the origional request?

I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,
Alistair P Sloan

Thanks - I didn't take that from the request - we do complete visit forms. Can you clarify what you are looking for - is it every form since we began in 2001 or for a more specified period. Is it for both stations etc.

If you'd like to discuss you can call me on 01324 506110

Good morning - thank you for clarifying your request of 5 November.

I now attach the Visit Record forms for Stirling for the period October
2010 – November 2011

Please note, however, that third party personal information has been
redacted.

Under section 38 of FOISA, personal data can be redacted if its release
would breach any of the principles detailed in the Data Protection Act
1998. I consider that disclosing such information would breach the first
data protection principle, that of fair processing, as it would not be
fair, or expected, for information which could identify these
individuals to be released into the public domain. Furthermore, I
consider that the public interest in disclosing any personal information
is outweighed by ensuring that the first data protection principle is
not breached.

Your right to seek a review

I appreciate that this decision may disappoint you. If you are unhappy
with the way I have dealt with your
request, you can ask us to review our actions and decisions by writing
to:-

letter, audio tape etc.), and that you have 40 working days upon receipt
of this email to ask for a review. You will receive a full response to
your review request within 20 working days of its receipt
If you are not content with the outcome of the review, you can ask the
Scottish Information Commissioner to review our decision. You must
