Dear Ms Bird
Thank you for your request for information made under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) 2000, relating to IT Systems. I am pleased to
provide the response below:
With regards to the questions relating to Environmental Health and
Licensing I am afraid Kent County Council does not hold the information
you have requested as in Kent, Environmental Health and Licensing is a
function of the 12 district councils and Medway Council, a unitary
authority, not the County Council. I have provided some links below which
I hope will be of assistance not only in explaining who does what but also
to help you contact the appropriate authorities.
