I would like to see your ICT Strategy plan for 2011. Or is you have no such documents. A list of ICT projects you wish to complete by the end of 2011

Dear Sir

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information Request. I can confirm the ICT projects the College will complete before the end of 2011 are:

- Migration of eDirectory based directory infrastructure to Microsoft Active Directory
- Expansion of SAN storage and migration of stored files from Novell based servers to SAN
- Retirement of Novell servers
- Migration of student side printing from GPAS to PaperCut
- Implementation of CRM system
- Windows 7 pilot
- Provision of Apple Mac Suite for Digital Media course
- Provision of additional PC Suite
