Dear Sophie,

Freedom of Information Request – FOI-19-982

Please find enclosed a response to your Freedom of Information request.

1. Please can you direct me to the authority's current ICT strategy?

The Digital Strategy for the Leicestershire ICT Partnership (of which Blaby District Council is a member) can be found online at:

https://moderngov.hinckley-bosworth.gov....

2. Does the authority use or is planning to use Azure or any other cloud hosted services?

Yes

3. If you are currently using, or planning to use Azure, AWS or Google; what are your main drivers and goals?

The strategy documents says: “We will embrace and adopt investment opportunities in new technologies e.g. cloud” .

To that end we will consider Azure, AWS or Google solutions on a business case by business case basis, as part of our objective to: “Drive EFFICIENCY in the development and delivery of effective digital services”.
