HPBC-Info@infreemation.co.uk,

Dear Sir

I write further to my e-mail to you dated 19 September 2019, please accept
the Council’s sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your
request for information.  The delay was caused by an administrative
oversight, due partly to the volume of requests and also resource issues.
New measures have been introduced which seek to ensure that this situation
does not arise again.  However, the delay is clearly unacceptable for
which, again, I apologise.

I am advised that the Council’s response to your information request
regarding the above is as follows.

Please can you direct me to the authority's current ICT strategy?

- Council’s ICT Strategy is currently being rewritten and will be
available mid 2020.

Does the authority use or is planning to use Azure or any other cloud
hosted services?

- Moving to Office 365.s.

If you are currently using, or planning to use Azure, AWS or Google; what
are your main drivers and goals?

- Main drivers for moving to cloud hosted solutions are storage/upgrades/
maintenance/on-site hosting costs.
