Management Systems which was received on 20 July 2020.

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

whether we have the information that you want, and if there will be any
charges.

Update – Your Information Rights Requests and Coronavirus:

 

Walsall Council is working extremely hard to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of all residents of the borough during this difficult period. As
part of this working practices and priorities within the council may need
to change in line with advice from the Government and our own Public
Health Service.

 

This may mean that our usual processes for responding to requests for
information will need to change, and unfortunately you may experience
delays in receiving the information you have requested.

2. The amount paid to these suppliers annually for support and
maintenance.

Fees paid for the individual care service for the above services are
determined by those providers based on the identified services delivered.
Walsall Council (WMBC) does hold that information, however:

•Disclosure of those rates of these services’ provisions may prejudice the
interests of WMBC as those placement fees may be increased which could
result in reduced value for money to the Council and the clients it
serves.

•Disclosure may also provide competitive advantage and prejudice the
commercial interests of these providers involved. 

Therefore, WMBC are exempting this information from disclosure under
Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Prejudice to
commercial interests. 

3. The contract renewal dates and notice period you are required to
give for each.
