Dear Torfaen Council,

Please can you provide the following information:
1. The software providers your Local Authority uses for:
• Your Education Management Information System (Local Authority use for admissions, LAC, SEND, Early Years etc.)
• The National Client Caseload Information System (NCCIS) returns to the Department for Education
• Managing the performance of the Youth Offending Team and the case management of individual young people
• Your Children’s Centre Management Information System

2. The amount paid to these suppliers annually for support and maintenance.

3. The contract renewal dates and notice period you are required to give for each.

4. The contract manager responsible for market engagement when the contracts end.

 1. The software providers your Local Authority uses for:

• Your Education Management Information System (Local Authority use for

Capita One Education

• The National Client Caseload Information System (NCCIS) returns to the
Department for Education N/A in Wales.

• Managing the performance of the Youth Offending Team and the case
management of individual young people N/A this service is managed by
Monmouthshire CBC. Details on how to contact them are available on their

• Your Children’s Centre Management Information System WCCIS Caresystem

 

 2. The amount paid to these suppliers annually for support and
maintenance.

Capita One Education - £92,794.03 ex VAT

WCCIS Caresystem - £62,340

 

 3. The contract renewal dates and notice period you are required to give
for each. 4. The contract manager responsible for market engagement
when the contracts end.

Capita One Education - The annual maintenance contract runs 1^st April to
31^st March each year, 6 months notice. Samantha Horton and John
Tushingham are the points of contact when the annual maintenance contract
is renewed.

            WCCIS Caresystem - March 2027 if all extensions applied.
Responsible manager is Eunice Jones.
