Dear Mr. Nice,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your request for information received on 17^th August 2012.

We have considered your request and attach the organisation chart for ICT
along with a list of the job titles and grades.

However, we estimate that the cost of providing the job descriptions would
exceed the appropriate limit of £450 for local government, which is
specified in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate
Limits and Fees) Regulations 2004. Therefore we are declining to supply
this information under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In order to determine whether your request exceeds this limit, we must
multiply an estimate of the time we expect to take to comply with your
request by hourly rate of £25 per hour.  This rate is set by the Fees
Regulations and is not dependent on the seniority of the officer who
carries out the work.

We supply this information based on your original request.  If this is not
what you wanted or if you feel we have not fully understood your request
please do not hesitate to contact me to clarify your exact requirements.

If you have any queries or concerns or are in any way dissatisfied with
the handling of your request please contact us.

Yours sincerely,

Beverley Griffiths

Dear WWW: FOI,

Thankyou for you response. Numerous other local authorities have been able to supply me with the details that I have requested, in a timely manor.

Is this refusal based on the fact that not all jobs have a sufficient job description, and wrting JD's would exceed 18hrs/£450?

If all jobs do have a JD, please provide the reasons why it would take more than 18hrs /£450 to simply forward these JD's to me.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Nice
