ICS - Level Healthcare Product Supply Chain Arrangements
Dear North Central London Integrated Care Partnership,
Following a recent Health Service Journal Article on ICS-level warehousing and logistics facilities, I would be grateful if you could confirm whether your Integrated Care Partnership Partners have created a combined warehousing and logistics capability (Yes/No).
If yes, please confirm the following:
For each Warehouse facility:
• Square Footage and postcode location of the existing/proposed facility
- Square footage of operations (pallet storage, inbound and outbound areas, if available)
- Square footage of offices / support functions
• Number of inbound delivery and outbound dispatch doors, if available
• Operational Date (planned go live date or date of lease end/breakpoint date if already operational)
• Details of any MHRA Registration for the warehouse
• Number of staff operating in the facility
Details of any dedicated transportation fleet to deliver products from the warehouse to partner organisations, including:
• Number, type (size), load capacity of each vehicle in the fleet
• Range of fuel types, i.e. Diesel, Biodiesel, Hydrogen, electric
• Number of drivers (FTEs)
Details of key systems (Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS) etc.), including software provider.
