ICS dedicated warehouse and logistics facilities
Dear North West London Integrated Care Partnership,
Through FOI act I am requesting information regarding any warehousing and logistics facilities which are either planned or have been established by the ICS to serve its health and social care provider partners.
Please confirm if North West London ICP has these facilities and if yes provide the following details:
Any proposed case please provide the Business case for the solution or for any existing Warehouse and Logistics arrangements intended to serve your Integrated Care System (Integrated Care Board) partners, including:
• List of NHS Providers (Acute, Community & Mental Health) supported by the warehouse/logistics facility
• Details of any other Health or Social Care Provider organisations receiving the service from the warehouse/logistics arrangement.
Is this warehouse/distribution facility intended to operate as a Consolidation Centre (Yes/No)
Please confirm, for each Care Provider:
• the annual value and volume of (non pharmaceutical) products that are/will be routed via this facility
• The above information to be broken down into Spend & Volumes of Stocked Items and Cross-Docked (non-stocked) Items.
• the value and volume of NHS Supply Chain products (Stock or eDirect) that are routed via this facility
• the value and volume of (non pharmaceutical) products ordered Direct from Suppliers that is/will be routed through this facility.
Details of the frequency of deliveries to each partner organisation, including overall operating hours
Details of SLAs in place with partner organisations, e.g., next day delivery, X hours for emergency deliveries etc.
Is this warehouse/distribution facility intended to support the delivery of Continence products, Wound Care, Stoma, Renal or SIPS feed items to community partners (Yes/No)
If Yes for the following: Continence products, Wound Care, Renal, Stoma, SIPS feeds etc., please confirm the range and annual volume of products being routed through this facility

You have requested information regarding whether the ICB has a logistics
and warehousing facilities. The ICB can confirm the NW London ICB does
operate one in NW London. There is no facility.
