ICO 'FBI Style' Jackets
Hi there,
I was watching the news a couple of weeks ago and it showed a story where you guys raided the premises of some naughty people that were responsible for sending loads of spam text messages.
Anyway, I couldn't help noticing that, during the 'raid', a couple of the ICO staff were sporting 'FBI style' bomber jackets with "ICO" emblazoned across the back. So, here we go...
1. How many of those jackets have you so far purchased?
2. Who is the manufacturer of the jackets?
3. How much does each jacket cost the ICO?
4. Will they be made available to the public for purchase?
5. I'd be grateful for all internal correspondence regarding the jackets, from their initial proposal onwards.
If I can be of any assistance, don't hesitate to give me a shout.
Cheers,
Mr F Ormerod

How can the ICO, as a publicly funded body, not have a receipt or record of what they have paid for these jackets?

The stormetec jackets referred to cost £45 each.
Its absolutely amazing the ICO appear to have no cost records for these jackets, ditto for most other things at the ICO.
