ICO, DPA 2018 & GDPR Compliancy with Joint Protocol between Police Scotland and the Crown Office and Procurator Service: In Partnership Challenging Domestic Abuse .

We're waiting for Ms SJ Kerr (Account suspended) to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),

Background

After communicating with Detective Superintendent Gordon MacCreadie to attempt to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding the acknowledgement of parental alienation, he said he would contact DI Nick Brookfield from the West Lothian Command Domestic Violence Unit, as it has been established on the record by DASAT, SCTS and Police Scotland that I am and still am a victim of Domestic abuse since 2004.

Per the Joint Protocol between Police Scotland and the Crown Office and Procurator Service: In Partnership Challenging Domestic Abuse.

The actions taken thereafter by the West Lothian DV unit are not and were compliant with this protocol which are the rules of conduct, behaviour and actions taken against myself ‘the victim’ were in fact the diametric opposite.

There was and still is the fact that the issue of serious and most pressing concern, which had actually came from the Scottish Government stance on not acknowledging the term parental alienation, and I unwittingly using my rights to petition the parliament on this subject has led to the uncovering of serious data protection and GDPR breaches within the protocol and the real modus operandi has been deciphered regarding the the covert purposes of the New DA act, the Violence against Women and Girls Movement including the unlawful use of Police Scotland’s iVPD/VPD concern reports that could have an innocent parent mainly fathers (but increasingly mothers are being affected also) maliciously prosecuted under the new Domestic Abuse Scotland Act 2028 and then under S39 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing Act 2010 for stalking therefore creating alienation between parent and child by the state; by having a transmission flow between multi agencies with no legal personality, using a protocol that breaches the DPA 2018 and GDPR as the ICO have confirmed there was NO DPIA for Police Scotland never mind full multi agency working agreed.

Your protocol could be deemed to deliberately create parental alienation at the behest of the Scottish Government: State sanctioned separation from innocent parents and their children.

Under the Freedom of information Scotland Act 2002 please supply the following information contained in yours records:

1. Evidence that supports the lawfulness that your joint protocol is complaint with DPA 2018 and GDPR for multi agency working including third sector organisations and various ‘justice’ partners.

I shall look forward to your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,

Ms SJ Kerr
