Please may you provide me with:

The numbers of DBS applications, divided by type (basic, standard, enhanced with and without Adults barring List), and by "Position Applied for", submitted by the ICES Providers Medequip Assistive Technology and Millbrook Healthcare between the 1th of July 2021 and the 28th of February 2022 included. If not possible to narrow this search on a territorial basis, then even the total volume for the whole country would be fine.

Please provide these Informations in digital copy ( Word, Excel, PDF or similar).

If you can identify any way that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, could you please justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act?

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request .
