Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA)
T hank you for your request for information, received by Scottish Courts and Tribunals
S ervice (SCTS) on 16 March 2023 in which you have requested a copy of a transcript
o f your trial.
The SCTS does try where possible to provide the information requested, however on
this occasion I must give notice in terms of section 17 of FOISA that this is not
information which the SCTS holds.
By way of explanation, the case in question was a summary criminal matter. Please
note that summary criminal cases of this nature are not recorded therefore I can
advise that there would be no transcript held in respect of this case.
I am sorry I cannot be of further assistance. However, should you feel dissatisfied with
this response or the manner in which your request has been handled, the Act provides
for a review process to be conducted. Should you wish to take advantage of this
